CULVER CITY, California (March 14, 2017) – A motorcyclist was injured Tuesday morning in a collision involving multiple motorists on the northbound Interstate 405 Freeway at Culver Boulevard, a California Highway Patrol report said.
The crash took place about 7:35 a.m. in the HOV lane. The Culver City Fire Department responded to find the bike down and a white Lexus SUV pulled over in the center divider. The woman driving the SUV told authorities the motorcycle hit her vehicle.
Police say the motorcyclist was possibly hit by two vehicles including a gray Honda Civic that exited at Culver Boulevard.
A SigAlert was issued for about 30 minutes for the HOV lane. A doctor was on the scene accessing the motorcycle rider.
