2-Vehicle Car Accident on I-280 Freeway in Cupertino

CUPERTINO, Calif. (April 30, 2024) — A two-vehicle Cupertino crash happened Tuesday morning on the northbound Interstate 280 Freeway at North Wolfe Road.

The collision occurred at around 8:35 a.m. on April 30th, according to the California Highway Patrol.

CHP officials reported the drivers of a Tesla sedan and a second vehicle were involved after a collision in the middle lanes.

Paramedics from the San Jose Fire Department responded and transported one person to a hospital for treatment of undisclosed injuries.

Investigators are working to determine fault for the Cupertino crash on the Interstate 280 Freeway.
