Curtis Hagan, 25, Fatally Struck by Vehicle on 10 Freeway

COLTON, Ca (May 19, 2019) – A 25-year-old man died following a pedestrian accident on the Interstate 10 Freeway, according to a statement released online by the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department.

Authorities identified the fatality as Curtis Hagan, of San Bernardino.

The collision happened Saturday, May 11. At approximately 10:09 p.m., a vehicle hit Hagan on I-10 just east of 9th Street. It remained unclear what the pedestrian was doing in the area when the crash took place.

The impact resulted in fatal trauma to Hagan. Responding medics sadly pronounced the man dead at the scene.

Meanwhile, no immediate information has been yet released on the motorist involved.

The California Highway Patrol San Bernardino Area is the agency handling the case. At this time, authorities continue to determine the precise circumstances that led to the accident.
