Pedestrian Seriously Injured in Cutler Crash on Road 128
CUTLER, CA (November 27, 2021) – A pedestrian was seriously injured after a crash on Road 128 near a school in Cutler.
According to the California Highway Patrol dispatch team, the accident took place late Saturday afternoon. Officers reported the incident at about 5:13 p.m.
CHP said a vehicle struck the pedestrian for an unknown reason in the Cutler area of Tulare County. The driver hit the person at 40532 Cutler Road.
Victim Hit by Vehicle
Firefighters along with the paramedics arrived at the scene in front of the Cutler School. They found the victim who sustained major injuries as a result of the collision.
Medical personnel then took the patient to the Kaweah Health Medical Center for treatment. The report did not disclose the name of the wounded party and their condition at this time.
Meanwhile, CHP did not mention if the motorist stopped and stayed at the site after hitting the victim. Officers forced a stretch of Cutler Road to shut down following the collision.
The cause of the Cutler pedestrian crash is still under investigation.
