Cypress Fatal Tesla Crash at Walker Street and Orange Avenue

2 Killed, 1 Severely Injured in Cypress Crash at Walker and Orange

CYPRESS, CA (February 25, 2023) – A crash killed two people and severely injured one person at Walker Street and Orange Avenue in Cypress.

According to an article published by The Orange County Register, the tragic accident on Saturday afternoon. Officers reported the wreck on February 25 at about 4:26 p.m.

The incident happened when two cars collided for an unknown reason in Cypress. The vehicles crashed at the intersection of Walker Street and Orange Avenue.

Tesla and Car Collide

Police described the cars as a Tesla SUV and a Ford Flex. Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived and pronounced the driver and a passenger of the Tesla dead at the scene.

The motorist in the Ford sustained severe injuries as a result of the collision. Medical personnel then rushed the patient to the UCI Medical Center for treatment.

The names of the deceased and wounded parties have not been yet released. Meanwhile, officers forced the area of Walker and Orange to shut down for a time following the wreck.

The cause of the fatal Cypress crash is still under investigation.
