Dai’Quan Jermaine Walker, 28, Injures Bicyclist in Millbrae Hit-and-Run Crash
MILLBRAE, CA (July 18, 2021) – Authorities detained Dai’Quan Jermaine Walker after a hit-and-run crash on Adrian Road in Millbrae.
The sheriff’s office identified the 28-year-old South Carolina man as the suspect in the accident which occurred on Saturday afternoon.
The incident happened when Dai’Quan Jermaine Walker struck a male bicyclist for an unknown reason in Millbrae. His blue Honda Civic hatchback hit the rider at 210 Adrian Road near Rollins Road.
Bicycle Rider Hit by Car on Adrian Road
KRON 4 News wrote that the collision took place on July 17 at about 12:25 p.m. Firefighters along with the paramedics arrived at the scene and then found the cyclist left wounded as a result of the collision.
The victim complained of pain in his left leg and arm. Medical personnel treated him for the minor injuries he sustained in the crash. Officials did not disclose his name and condition at this time.
Meanwhile, officers affirmed that the driver of the Honda did not stop to render aid to the bicyclist and fled the area. They soon located Dai’Quan Jermaine Walker at a motel in Millbrae.
Deputies arrested and booked him into the Maguire Correctional Facility in Redwood City. The Millbrae hit-and-run collision is still under investigation.
