At this time, we do not know all the facts about this case. It’s unknown what led to this collision, nor who is responsible for the injuries.
We hope those hurt are able to get the best care available for a full recovery.
The location where this collision took place is in front of a dairy farm. It’s unknown at this time whether or not the milk truck was pulling out of that road onto Pepper Road into the path of the other driver. It may have been the two drivers were both already on Pepper Road traveling in the same or opposite direction. These are questions police will seek to find answers to as they put together their report.
Anyone who is injured in a collision due to a negligent driver or drivers, can file a personal injury claim against the at-fault driver to compensate them for their financial losses. While this can be done without an attorney, the results are oftentimes lower because insurance companies have the ultimate power without the threat of a lawsuit.
