Covina Man, 27, Struck by Vehicle in Fatal Crash
CHINO, Calif. (Oct. 21, 2024) — Daniel Magana, 27, of Covina, died in a pedestrian accident on the 60 Freeway in Chino.
The traffic accident occurred at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 11th, the California Highway Patrol reports.
The circumstances leading up to the collision were not released.
A driver struck the 27-year-old man identified as Daniel Magana, but he unfortunately was pronounced dead at the scene. His family has a Gofundme page that mentions he is survived by his parents, three children, and his girlfriend.
Investigators with the California Highway Patrol are working to determine fault for the crash.
