Danielle Morgan, 28, ID’s as Suspect in Ceres DUI Crash at Crows Landing and Whitmore
CERES, CA (December 13, 2021) – Authorities detained Danielle Morgan after a DUI crash that killed two men in Ceres.
Police determined that the 28-year-old Fair Oaks woman was under the influence when the fatal collision occurred on Saturday night.
The incident began when Danielle Morgan was driving a 2019 Ford F350 south on Crows Landing Road, approaching Whitmore Avenue, in Ceres.
2 Men Killed in Car Crash
At the same time, a 2008 Nissan sedan was going east through the intersection. Police said Danielle Morgan then ran the red light and hit the Nissan.
Paramedics arrived and pronounced the two 19-year-old men riding the sedan dead at the scene. Family members identified them as Yahir Gomez Valladares and Favian Reinoso.
The accident took place on December 11 shortly before 8 p.m. Meanwhile, police soon arrested and charged Danielle Morgan with murder and felony DUI.
The Ceres DUI crash is still under investigation. The Sacramento Bee and Central Valley TV wrote that anyone with information can call the police at 209-538-5678.
