Daoud Marzi, 86, Killed in Hayward Pedestrian Crash at Calaroga and Southgate
HAYWARD, CA (November 15, 2021) – Daoud Marzi was killed after a pedestrian crash at Calaroga Avenue and Southgate Street in Hayward.
Police identified the 86-year-old Hayward man as the victim in the fatal accident which took place on Saturday afternoon.
The incident happened when a vehicle struck Daoud Marzi for an unknown reason in Hayward. The driver hit him at the intersection of Calaroga Avenue and Southgate Street.

Daoud Marzi sustained serious injuries as a result of the pedestrian crash. Paramedics then rushed him to a hospital where he died.
The KRON 4 News wrote that the collision occurred on November 13 at around 4:10 p.m. Meanwhile, police affirmed that the driver stopped after hitting the elderly man.
The motorist stayed at the site and cooperated with the officers. Police forced the area of Calaroga and Southgate to shut down following the accident.
