Darlyn Perez, 25, Killed in Willowbrook Crash at Avalon and Rosecrans
LOS ANGELES, CA (December 31, 2021) – Darlyn Perez was killed after a car crash at Avalon Boulevard and Rosecrans Avenue in Willowbrook.
The coroner’s office identified the 25-year-old as the victim of the fatal wreck which took place on Wednesday night.
The incident happened when Darlyn Chitica Perez was riding in a vehicle which collided with another in the Willowbrook neighborhood.
2 Vehicles Collide
The California Highway Patrol said the two crashed at the intersection with Avalon Boulevard and East Rosecrans Avenue. Darlyn Perez ended up suffering from serious injuries as a result of the crash.
Firefighters along with the paramedics arrived and soon pronounced the patient dead at the scene. My News LA wrote that the accident occurred on December 29.
Meanwhile, CHP did not mention if any other party sustained wounds dye to the impact of the collision. Officers forced the area of Avalon and Rosecrans to shut down for a time following the wreck.
The cause of the Willowbrook crash is still under investigation.
