Pedestrian David Lopez Martin, 27, Killed in Canyon Country Crash
CANYON COUNTRY, CA (February 23, 2023) – David Lopez Martin was killed after a pedestrian crash in Canyon Country.
The coroner’s office identified the 27-year-old man as the victim of the fatal accident which took place on Sunday.
The incident happened when a vehicle struck David Lopez Martin for an unknown reason in Canyon Country. The driver hit him near the intersection of Soledad Canyon Road and Sierra Highway.

The Signal and Hometown Station wrote that the tragic collision occurred on February 19 at around 12:46 a.m. David Lopez Martin sustained life-threatening injuries as a result of the pedestrian accident.
Firefighters along with the paramedics arrived and then found him lying on the ground. Medical personnel soon pronounced the man dead at the scene.
Meanwhile, deputies added that the motorist stopped and stayed at the site following the incident. Officers forced the area of Soledad Canyon and Sierra to shut down for a time after the collision.
The cause of the Canyon Country pedestrian crash is still under investigation.
