
One Killed in Florence-Firestone Crash
LOS ANGELES, Calif. (Jan. 20, 2025) – One person died in a two-vehicle crash Saturday night at 945th and Alameda streets in the Florence-Firestone area of South Los Angeles.
The crash was reported at 10:48 p.m. Saturday at 94th and Alameda streets, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The drivers of a yellow Bronco SUV and a black sedan were involved in the crash.
Paramedics responded and pronounced one person dead at the scene. Meanwhile, police arrested another person on unknown charges.
The case remains under investigation.
