
One Killed in Collision Involving Semi-Trucks and Other Vehicles
PASADENA, Calif. (July 4, 2024) – A deadly crash involving multi-vehicles including semi-trucks happened Wednesday on the Foothill 210 Freeway near Pasadena.
The traffic accident occurred at around 11:45 p.m. on July 3rd, near Madre Street, according to the California Highway Patrol.
At least three semi trucks, several vehicles and a UPS truck collided due to unknown circumstances and the freeway’s westbound lanes were closed for several hours.
The California Highway Patrol responded and located at least one person trapped in a vehicle up on a hillside next to the freeway. Paramedics transported the person to a hospital, but they later died from their injuries.
Investigators are working to determine fault for the Pasadena crash on the 210 Freeway.
