Deadly Visalia Pedestrian Accident Mooney Boulevard, Cameron Avenue

Driver Struck Pedestrian at Visalia Intersection

VISALIA Calif. (July 3, 2024) – A deadly pedestrian accident happened in Visalia on Tuesday night at Mooney Boulevard and Cameron Avenue.

The traffic fatality occurred at about 9 p.m. on July 2nd, according to the Visalia Police Department.

It’s unknown at this time what led up to the collision at this time.

The driver pulled over into a nearby parking lot and called 911 for help, but unfortunately the person they struck died on scene, according to Your Central Valley News. The victim’s name, age and gender will be released when relatives are notified.

Meanwhile, a full investigation into the Visalia pedestrian accident on Mooney Boulevard is underway, but drugs and or alcohol do not appear to be a factor.
