LOCATION: Del Cerro, San Diego County

October 15, 2018 – A multi-vehicle collision occurred Sunday evening on the westbound Interstate 8 Freeway, according to NBC News.
The accident took place around 8:45 p.m. near College Avenue.
Primary reports indicated one person had to be extricated from the wreckage following the incident.The name of the that individual, and their condition at this time have not been disclosed thus far.
Officials did not immediately release the total number of vehicles involved in the collision.
