Fatal Accident Investigation
Police are investigating this collision to determine fault. At this time, we do not know where she was standing when the collision took place, but we do know it was dark outside and possibly difficult for other drivers to see her. The investigation will seek to find out what the path of the truck driver was and whether other factors contributed to the collision such as drowsy or distracted driving.
Our prayers go out to those affected by this horrible crash.
