MARICOPA, California (June 21, 2016) — Denice Karen Dye was has been identified as the passenger in a vehicle who was killed in a crash Sunday morning on Highway 33, according to a report on Bakersfield.com.
The crash took place about 10:55 a.m. in the morning. Paramedics rushed the injured woman to Kern Medical Center where she was treated, but died roughly two hours later of major injuries.
Police say the car she was riding in was struck by another motorist while traveling on Highway 33 near Soda Lake Road.
