Desert Center Accident Investigation
A full investigation into what led to this collision is underway as police seek to establish liability.
Those who suffered a loss or injuries in a collision such as this one, may have grounds for a civil lawsuit or a personal injury claim. This is always a personal decision, but for many the financial losses associated with a traffic accident can be significant.
It’s important to note, however, that it’s quite common for insurance companies to try and avoid paying out a claim even when they know their insured is responsible. They may also make an offer to settle for far less than the full amount owed.
