1 Airlifted to Hospital After Collision on Interstate 10 Freeway Friday
Desert Center, CA (September 10, 2021) – At least one person suffered serious injuries following a truck accident that occurred on the Interstate 10 Freeway in Desert Center.
The Riverside County Fire Department reported two semi trucks collided on 10 Freeway. According to the incident dispatch, the crash took place near the Ford Dry Lake.

Shortly after 10:45 in the evening., emergency teams arrived at the crash site. Responding paramedics reportedly found at least one person with severe trauma. An ambulance reportedly responded to the scene, then transported the patient to a hospital. Pending confirmation, the name of the victim and their condition at this time remained undisclosed.
Several factors surrounding the incident on 10 Freeway have not been revealed thus far. At this time, investigators continue to work at this time to determine precise circumstances that led to the major truck accident in Desert Center.
