Man, 53, Fatally Struck by Van at Dillon and Worsley Road Friday
Desert Hot Springs, CA (August 20, 2021) – A 53-year-old man died following a pedestrian accident that occurred in the area of Dillon and Worsley Avenue, according to My News LA.
On Friday, around 4:48 a.m., a 2020 Nissan van struck a male party at the Desert Hot Springs intersection.

Primary reports indicated the collision resulted in serious injuries to the pedestrian. Despite life-saving measures, the male party succumbed to his injuries and died. The name of the 53-year-old man who died in the crash remained undisclosed pending confirmation and notification of next of kin.
Meanwhile, no immediate information was available on the 35-year-old man driving the van.
Detectives stayed at the scene the whole morning. Officers continue to investigate the precise circumstances that led to the deadly pedestrian accident in Desert Hot Springs.
