DIAMOND BAR, California (September 12, 2014) – At least one person was injured in a 5-vehicle crash on the State Route 57 Freeway at Brea Canyon Road off ramp, according to a dispatch by the California Highway Patrol.
About 1 p.m., CHP officers responded to a collision between a white pickup or box truck, a maroon sedan, a tan sedan, a blue sedan and a white sedan in the HOV lane. A person in one of the vehicles was reportedly bleeding from the head.
Paramedics with the Los Angeles Fire Department responded to assist those who were injured in the crash. Police issued a SigAlert for the Nos. 1 and 2 lanes of the freeway.
