2-Vehicle Car Accident Pomona Freeway
DIAMOND BAR, Calif. (May 15, 2024) — Two vehicles overturned in a crash on the eastbound Pomona 60 Freeway, just east of South Lemon Avenue in Diamond Bar.
The collision occurred at around 7:52 a.m. on May 15th, according to the California Highway Patrol report.
The drivers of a white Toyota Tacoma pickup truck and a maroon Ford F-150 pickup truck collided and both went down an embankment and overturned, the report said. The vehicles also knocked over a light pole and exposed wires and damaged a guardrail.
The Los Angeles County Fire Department responded with paramedics to help those injured in the collision, but there are no further details at this time.
Tow trucks removed both of the vehicles and investigators are working to determine fault for the crash on the 60 Freeway in Diamond Bar.
