Motorcyclist Killed in Crash on Pleasant Valley Road
DIAMOND SPRINGS, California (Oct. 24, 2017) — A motorcyclist died Tuesday in a collision with another vehicle at 851 Pleasant Valley Road in El Dorado County, a California Highway Patrol report said.
The fatal crash was reported about 12:35 p.m. this afternoon. The CHP report stated that the motorcyclist died at the scene.
There were very few details in the police transcript about what led to the crash and it’s unclear if the other motorist stopped.
The roadway was temporarily closed down for an investigation into liability for the motorcycle rider’s death.
