Pedestrian Injured in Dixon Gas Station Hit-and-Run on Pedrick Road
DIXON, CA (November 23, 2021) – A pedestrian was injured after a hit-and-run crash at a gas station on Pedrick Road in Dixon.
The California Highway Patrol dispatch team said the accident took place on Sunday evening. Officers reported the collision at about 6:38 p.m.
The incident happened on November 21 when a vehicle struck a male pedestrian for an unknown reason. The driver hit the victim who was standing next to his car at the 76 gas station in Dixon.

Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at 8665 Pedrick Road near the Interstate 80. They found the pedestrian hurt as a result of the collision.
Medical personnel provided aid to the patient for the unspecified injuries he sustained in the incident. The report did not release the name of the wounded patient and his condition at this time.
Meanwhile, CHP affirmed that the motorist did not stop to help the victim and then fled the scene. The cause of the Dixon hit-and-run crash is still under investigation.
Officers forced the area of the gas station along Pedrick to shut down following the collision.
