At Least 1 Hurt in Collision on Highway 84 Near Arrowhead Harbor Friday
Dixon, CA (October 3, 2021) – On October 1, Friday, a suspected hit-and-run car crash occurred on State Route Highway 84 near the Arrowhead Harbor.
The California Highway Patrol group reported a gray Ford Expedition veered off the traffic lanes while traveling on the highway in Dixon. Initial records indicated the crash took place near Holland Road.
Shortly after 7:30 p.m., rescue teams arrived at the site. First responders found the Ford approximately 50 feet down the embankment. It remained unclear whether the vehicle plunged down the water.
According to the CHP dispatch, the collision left at least one person with injuries. The name of the victim, and their condition at this time have not been discussed thus far.

Investigators said they believed another vehicles played a role in the accident. The unidentified motorist apparently fled the scene before police arrived.
