Man Fatally Struck by Vehicle on Heath Road
Bakersfield, CA (December 10, 2022) – Donnie Peoples, a 67-year-old male, died following a pedestrian accident that occurred on Heath Road.
On December 2, Friday, an individual was struck by a vehicle on Heath just south of Rosedale Highway. The Bakersfield.com reported the collision took place at about 4:11 a.m.
Deadly Pedestrian Accident in Bakersfield
Emergency crews later responded to the crash site and found the pedestrian suffering in serious injuries. Given that, paramedics performed life-saving measures to the victim but he sadly succumbed to his injuries and died. The Kern County Coroner’s Office on Saturday identified the fatal victim as Donnie Peoples, of Bakersfield.
Meanwhile, no information has been yet released on the driver involved in the deadly crash.
Detectives handling the case continue to investigate exactly how and why the fatal pedestrian accident happened on Heath Road in Bakersfield.
