Dorothy Osman Van Nuys Fatal Multi-Vehicle Crash Roscoe Boulevard

1 Dead, 1 Injured in Crash on Roscoe Boulevard

 VAN NUYS: Fatal Multi-Vehicle Crash Roscoe BoulevardVAN NUYS, Calif. (Nov. 7, 2019) — Dorothy Ruth Osman, 75, of Northridge, died in a multi-vehicle crash Thursday morning in the 16400 block of Roscoe Boulevard.

The collision, which was reported at 6:59 a.m. between Hayvenhurst Avenue and Gothic Avenue, also left one person critically injured, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.

Osman was transported by ambulance to a hospital, but she died of her injuries. The second person suffered major injuries and was taken to the hospital.

The crash remains under investigation by police to determine fault.
