Kentfield Personal Injury Accident Lawyer

Based on this news report, there is viable evidence that the driver of the Infinity, Antonio Moya, will be held fully responsible for the injuries suffered by Douglas and Cessna Kaye. While police have confirmed that the suspect was under the influence. there are still several unanswered questions here which include whether or not excessive speed or distracted driving played a role? We trust officials are looking into these and other factors in order to determine precisely what occurred here and why.

In such cases where negligence or wrongdoing may have been a factor, both Douglas Kaye and Cessna Kaye will be entitled to filing personal injury lawsuits against the driver responsible for causing the crash. Injured victims would then have the right to seek compensation for damages including medical expenses and hospital bills, pain and suffering, and lost future income.
