Motorcyclist Injured in Possible Hit-and-Run Accident on 680 Freeway
DATE OF COLLISION: Friday, October 19
October 20, 2018 – The California Highway Patrol group reported a traffic collision on the Interstate 680 Freeway near Washington Boulevard off-ramp Friday afternoon.
At 2:27 p.m., the CHP logged an accident involving a motorcycle, a white Lexus, and a commercial truck.
First responders reportedly found the motorcyclist downed on the road, and possibly ejected during the crash. The name of the motorcyclist, and his condition following the wreck have not been disclosed thus far.
Meanwhile, at 4:22 p.m., the CHP updated the incident as a hit-and-run collision. No immediate information was released on the suspect.
Further investigation on the crash is underway.
