SAN DIEGO (April 7, 2016)- According to NBC News San Diego, a malicious head-on crash caused by a drunk driver was reported Wednesday evening.
The wreck took place at the 4000 block of Taylor Street adjacent to the Old Town San Diego Trolley Station at roughly 10:00 p.m.
Per NBC News San Diego, an intoxicated driver in a pickup truck lost control of the vehicle he was driving and plowed into a pickup truck traveling the opposite way.
The unidentified victim driving the second pickup suffered life-threatening injuries and remains at a trauma center in intensive care, the article included.
The DUI driver whose name has not been made publicly was arrested and face multiple charges.
