Semi-Truck, Car Crash on I-505 Freeway in Yolo County
YOLO COUNTY, Calif. (March 24, 2023) — A two-vehicle truck accident happened Friday afternoon on the northbound Interstate 505 Freeway, just south of the I-5 Freeway in Dunnigan.
The collision between a red Honda Civic and the white Freightliner semi-truck happened around 12:21 p.m. on March 24th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
It’s unknown what led up to the Dunnigan truck accident between the two motorists.
The Yolo Fire Department responded to help at least one person who had complaints of pain after the collision, but there are no further details.
Meanwhile, a tow truck came to remove the Honda from the roadway.
Investigators are working on the case to determine fault for the Dunnigan accident on the 505 Freeway.
