At Least 1 Killed in Traffic Collision at Jones Avenue and Midway Saturday
Durham, CA (May 15, 2021) – The California Highway Patrol group reported a car accident that occurred in the area of Jones Avenue and Midway Saturday evening.
Initial records indicated a vehicle ran a red light at the intersection and eventually struck another car. The horrible crash took place Saturday around 10 p.m.
Deadly Car Accident in Durham, May 15
Shortly after the incident, emergency crews arrived at the location and at least one person with injuries. Medical personnel performed life-saving measures to the victim, but they later sadly succumbed to their injuries and died. Police continue to withhold the identity of the deceased pending confirmation and notification of next of kin.
