1 Injured in East Oakdale Crash at Highway 108 and Wamble Road
EAST OAKDALE, CA (April 6, 2023) – One was hospitalized after a crash at Highway 108 and Wamble Road in East Oakdale.
According to a report published by The Oakdale Leader, the accident took place on Saturday morning. Officers responded to the wreck on April 1 at about 9:32 a.m.
The incident happened when two vehicles collided for an unknown reason in East Oakdale. The cars crashed at the intersection of Highway 108 and Wamble Road.
2 Vehicles Collide
Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene. They found at least one person who ended up hurt as a result of the collision.
Medical personnel then rushed the patient to a hospital for treatment of minor injuries. The report did not disclose the name of the wounded party and their condition at this time.
Meanwhile, officers forced the westbound lane of Highway 108 to shut down near Wamble following the wreck. The cause of the East Oakdale crash is still under investigation.
