Fatal Inglewood Motorcycle Accident Crenshaw Boulevard
INGLEWOOD, Calif. (March 11, 2019) – Eddy Navarro, 16, of Los Angeles, has been identified as the motorcyclist who died Saturday afternoon in a collision with another vehicle in Inglewood.
The driver of a Yamaha R6 motorcycle was heading southbound on Crenshaw Boulevard when another driver in a Toyota Corolla made a left turn onto Hardy Street in front of the bike.
The motorcyclist was unable to avoid the collision and crashed into the vehicle, the Inglewood Police Department reported.
The crash was reported at 3:48 p.m. on Saturday, March 9th. Paramedics rushed the injured motorcyclist to a local hospital, but unfortunately he later died of his injuries. Meanwhile, the driver in the Toyota was also hurt and taken to a local hospital. The driver cooperated with the police investigation.
