Edgar Dominguez, 20, Killed in Chino Solo-Car Crash
CHINO (September 6, 2018) – A passenger was killed after a traffic collision Wednesday morning on Euclid Avenue, also known as Highway 83, according to sheriff’s department.
The victim has been identified as 20-year-old Edgar Dominguez, of Rialto.
As per the statement released by the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, police said a 2000 white GMC Sierra was going southbound on Euclid Avenue when for an unknown reason its operator lost control of the car.

The GMC ultimately slammed into a tree. The accident took place at about 4:57 a.m. between Chino Avenue and Schaefer Avenue
Police affirmed that Dominguez, who was riding as a passenger in the Sierra at the time, was immediately taken to the hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
Meanwhile, the driver of the GMC was also hospitalized with unspecified injuries. The name and condition of the motorist were not disclosed.
The cause of the incident remains under investigation.
