Driver, 3 Juveniles Hurt in Rollover Collision Near Wran Road
Susanville, CA (May 19, 2022) – Edgar Guzman, a 31-year-old man, suffered injuries following a traffic accident that occurred on Highway 395 on May 15, Sunday.
The Lassen County Times News reported a vehicle crossed over the center line and careened into the opposite lane. Officials said the 65-year-old motorist continued driving south in the northbound lanes of SR-395.
According to the article published online, the wrong-way driver ended up crashing into a northbound car driven by Edgar Guzman, of Reno, Nevada. Our sources mentioned 31-year-old Guzman swerved to the right to avoid collision, but still collided into the wrong-way driver.
The force from the impact caused the car of Guzman to overturn and land in the area near Wran Road. Shortly after 11:10 a.m., rescue teams arrived at the location. Responding paramedics rendered aid to Edgar Guzman and his three juvenile passengers. Authorities later confirmed the four parties all sustained moderate injuries as a result of the crash.

Meanwhile, the wrong-way driver reportedly sadly died in the collision.
Detectives handling the case continue to investigate several unclear factors surrounding the car crash on Highway 395 in Susanville.
