Edgar Hernandez Hurt in Westlake Pedestrian Accident
LOS ANGELES COUNTY, Calif. (April 15, 2019) – Edgar Hernandez was severely injured Saturday night when he was struck by a hit-and-run driver at the intersection of 3rd and Witmer streets.
The traffic accident was reported about 10:30 p.m., according to KTLA News. Police say the man was crossing the street against a red light when a passing motorist struck him and kept driving.
Hernandez suffered severe trauma and was rushed to a hospital where he remains in critical, but stable condition.
Police have not yet released any information about the suspect.
