Eduardo Gutierrez, 53, Dies Traffic Collision on Pomona (60) Freeway
Jurupa Valley, CA (September 27, 2021) – Eduardo Gutierrez, a 53-year-old man, suffered fatal injuries following a motorcycle accident that occurred on Pomona (60) Freeway.
According to the Patch News, Eduardo Gutierrez was riding a motorbike traveling at an unknown direction on the freeway in Jurupa Valley. Officials said a drunk driver struck the motorcyclist in the westbound side of the interstate; just west of the Country Village Road overpass.
The horrible crash took place at approximately 3:42 a.m.
Deadly Motorcycle Accident in Jurupa Valley
When medical personnel arrived at the location, they immediately rendered aid to Eduardo Gutierrez found lying on the ground. Paramedics sadly pronounced the victim dead at the scene around 4:01 a.m.
Police eventually arrested the DUI suspect. The article published online mentioned the sustained pleaded guilty to one count of felony vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated.
Further investigation on the deadly motorcycle accident is ongoing.
