Double Fatal Car Accident on Floral Avenue Friday
Fresno, CA (January 24, 2022) – Efrain Hernandez and Alejo Jeronimo Moreno both died following a traffic collision that occurred on Floral Avenue on January 21, Friday.
According to Your Central Valley, Hernandez and Moreno were both passengers in a van traveling in the streets of Fresno. When the van approached the junction of Floral Avenue and Highway 41, it collided with a pickup.
Earlier reports indicated the van had five occupants at the time of the crash. When rescue teams arrived at the location, the found two passengers unconscious in the van. Paramedics performed life-saving measures to the victim but they sadly succumbed to their injuries and died. The Coroner’s Office later identified the deceased as 34-year-old Efrain Hernandez and 20-year-old Alejo Jeronimo Moreno.
Meanwhile, the conditions of the other occupants in the van remained unknown. The two parties in the pickup truck appeared unharmed after the crash.
Investigators continue to work to determine several unclear factors surrounding the deadly car accident on Floral Avenue in Fresno.
