2 Hurt in El Cajon Car Accident on Cuyamaca Street
EL CAJON, Calif. (July 24, 2018) — Two people were injured Monday night after one car was T-boned by another vehicle on Cuyamaca Street in El Cajon, according to San Diego News 10.
The collision was reported just after 10 p.m. on July 23, near Fletcher Parkway. Firefighters and paramedics responded to the scene to help the victims who were trapped in a vehicle. They used the Jaws of Life to free them from the wreckage and then they were taken to a hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
Police are heading up the investigation into liability.

At this time, it’s unknown who is going to be held responsible for this collision. There are certainly many unanswered questions such as who had the right-of-way and whether or not speed or distractions played a role.
