EL CAJON (August 10, 2018) – A deadly traffic accident occurred Friday afternoon on the Interstate 8 Freeway, according to the San Diego Union-Tribune.
The crash took place around 5:30 p.m. on the eastbound side of the interstate over Marshall Avenue.
Preliminary investigation revealed a man driving a 1998 Ford Countour was cutoff by another unidentified motorist. The Ford driver then lost control of the car, and went across all lanes of the freeway before it became wedged underneath a 2013 Kenworth T660 big rig and was dragged for a time.
