El Cajon Motorcycle Accident on Greenfield Drive at Victor Street

EL CAJON, Calif. (April 10, 2026) — A motorcycle rider and a Toyota Camry sedan were involved in a traffic accident on Greenfield Drive, just west of Victor Street in El Cajon.

The two-vehicle collision occurred around 7 a.m. on April 10th, according to the California Highway Patrol.

CHP officials reported the collision occurred in the eastbound lanes of Greenfield Drive and the car had major front-end damage.

Paramedics responded to help those injured, but there are no further details.

Meanwhile, tow trucks removed the motorcycle and car from the roadway.

The cause of the motorcycle accident on Greenfield Drive is under investigation to determine fault.
