El Dorado Hills Crash Francisco Drive and Green Valley Road
Truck Allegedly Ran Red Light Collided with Cars
EL DORADO HILLS, Calif. (Feb. 21, 2025) — A three-vehicle El Dorado Hills crash involving a semi-truck happened Thursday at Francisco Drive and Green Valley Road.
The multi-vehicle crash occurred around 5:32 p.m. on Feb. 20th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported a white Tesla sustained major damage in a collision with a white Toyota Corolla, and a semi-truck hauling a Bobcat on a trailer. The truck reportedly went roughly 30 feet off the roadway.
A witness told CHP officials the truck driver allegedly “ran a red light,” at the intersection, the report said.
Paramedics were on the scene with at least one ambulance, but there are no further details.
Meanwhile, tow trucks removed all three vehicles from the intersection.
Investigators are working to determine fault for the El Dorado Hills crash at Green Valley Road and Francisco Drive.
