Motorcyclist Seriously Injured in El Dorado Hills Crash Near Francisco and Green Valley
EL DORADO HILLS, CA (September 11, 2021) – A motorcyclist was seriously injured after a crash near Francisco Drive and Green Valley Road in El Dorado Hills.
According to the California Highway Patrol dispatch team, the accident occurred on Saturday night. Officers reported the wreck at about 8:16 p.m.
CHP said the motorcycle rider and a white Honda sedan collided for an unknown reason in El Dorado Hills. The two crashed on northbound Francisco Drive near the intersection with Green Valley Road.
Motorcycle Rider and Car Collide
Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene near the Franciscan Village. They found the motorcyclist who sustained major injuries as a result of the collision.
Medical personnel then rushed the patient to a hospital for treatment. Officials did not release the name of the wounded party and their condition at this time.
Meanwhile, CHP did not mention if the driver of the car ended up hurt or if they stopped following the wreck. Officers forced the area of Francisco and Green Valley to shut down after the collision.
The cause of the El Dorado Hills crash is still under investigation.
