LOS ANGELES COUNTY, California (July 25, 2016) –At least one person suffered major injuries in a solo crash in the 2400 block of Rosemead Boulevard, according to On Scene TV and the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
The crash took place about 3:12 a.m. Saturday morning. One person was trapped in the car after it struck a parked truck. Firefighters spent roughly 25 minutes cutting open the vehicle to rescue the person inside. The report does not indicate whether any other people were in the vehicle, but it states the person hurt may have been a passenger.
The injured person was taken to County USC Medical Center for treatment of traumatic injuries.
The crash is under investigation by police to determine liability.
