SAN DIEGO: Pedestrian Hit-and-run on Knoxville Street Near Morena Mobile VillageSAN DIEGO, California — A hit-and-run crash left one person injured on Knoxville Street, according to an article by CBS 8.

On March 11, a man in his 60s was knocked to the ground by a car at around 6:40 p.m. San Diego police said the hit-and-run driver allegedly sped out of Morena Mobile Village and struck the elderly.

At this time, the victim’s name was not yet released but officials affirmed he was taken to a hospital with a fractured skull and other injuries considered to be life-threatening.

Meanwhile, the article mentioned witnesses did see the suspect vehicle described as a 2003 Nissan Altima in a silver or grey color with the license plate number 6PBX536 and damage to the front right side.

The search for the hit-and-run suspect was on until Sunday.
