
Woman, 45, Identified as Victim of Crash
DESERT HOT SPRINGS, Calif. (Jan. 29, 2025) — Elizabeth Wright, 45, was struck and killed Monday morning in a pedestrian accident on Palm Drive in Desert Hot Springs.
The Yucca Valley woman was struck by a motorist around 5 a.m. on Jan. 27th in the Palm Drive area, south of Varner Road, according to a report by the Desert Hot Springs Police Department.
Police and paramedics responded to the crash scene where they located Elizabeth Wright down in the roadway.
However, despite life-saving measures performed by paramedics, the woman died at the scene.
Meanwhile, the driver stopped and cooperated with investigators and there were no arrests.
