Several Injured in Crash Near Elk Grove Boulevard and Franklin Boulevard
ELK GROVE, CA (April 14, 2021) – Several were hospitalized after a car crash near Elk Grove Boulevard and Franklin Boulevard.
According to an article published by the KCRA News, the accident occurred on Wednesday night. The wreck in the city of Elk Grove involved two vehicles.
The Cosumnes Fire Department said the they crashed near the intersection of Elk Grove Boulevard and Franklin Boulevard.
Car Collision Near Raley’s Store in Elk Grove
Firefighters along with the paramedics soon responded to the scene near the Raley’s grocery store. They attended to multiple patients who ended up hurt as a result of the collision.
Medical personnel then took the wounded parties to the hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injures. Officials did not release their names and condition at this time.
Meanwhile, officers forced the westbound Elk Grove Boulevard turn lanes to briefly shut down following the crash. Authorities are still investigating the cause of the wreck.
