Rollover Crash on I-5 Freeway in Elk Grove Area
ELK GROVE, Calif. (April 14, 2021) – An Elk Grove crash happened Wednesday morning on the Interstate 5 Freeway at Hood Franklin Road.
Multiple vehicles collided and a BMW overturned in the 5:20 a.m. collision on April 14th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The Sacramento Fire Department arrived at the scene to find at least one person with major injuries. Paramedics rushed the person with a head injury to a hospital for further treatment, but police did not mention if there were any others injured.
Additionally, the damaged BMW was towed from the crash scene.
Meanwhile, the CHP is investigating the cause of the crash and liability.
